Dear Parents/Carers,
Parent/carer meetings with teachers
Due to our COVID procedures, we are not able to hold parent/carer meetings in school. These will all take place over the telephone.
They have all been scheduled for various dates and times in November, with the earliest ones taking place on Monday 9th November.
You will need to book your own appointments via the school spider app and all appointments will go live from 6 pm tonight. You will have to log in to your school app or website as a parent before you book.
The appointments are all limited to five minutes. If you feel there are circumstances which will warrant a longer conversation with your child’s teacher, do not make an appointment online, but instead call Mrs Iqbal, who will arrange for the teacher to call you back.
When the teachers call you, they will use the phone number that we hold on our school system for you. If you need us to call on a different number, you must inform Mrs Iqbal of this.
We will also arrange for a bi-lingual speaker to hold the discussion with you, if this is necessary.
You may have spoken to your child’s classteacher recently, as many parents/carers have had conversations with teachers during periods of school closure. You may feel that you do not need an additional discussion with the teacher, but you are more than welcome to do so if you wish to.
Please remember to make your appointment from 6pm tonight, on the school spider app.
If you have forgotten your password for the app, you should follow the links to reset it, so that you can make an appointment with your child’s teacher.
You will need to know the name of your child’s classteacher, before you book the appointment.
