Dear Parents/Carers,
Thank you to everyone who was able to attend the Iftar on Tuesday. Thank you to Mr Afzal for sharing his knowledge and for leading the prayers. It was so lovely to see so many of our families coming together to share this experience. Thank you also for the very generous donations of food. I hope that all our Muslim families are enjoying the month of Ramadan. We were joined by BBC Radio Lancashire presenter Graham Liver and his team who enjoyed the generous amounts of food that was provided. They also carried out interviews and did some filming and made a short video about the Iftar, as many of your have already seen. If you haven’t seen it, please contact Mrs Iqbal as she can share it with you.
