Skipping Workshop

Today we had a visit from Anthony who worked with us to improve our skipping technique. He taught us how to hold the rope correctly, how to stand and how to turn the rope. We even learnt a trick. We all had an amazing time and are looking forward to using our new skipping ropes to improve even more!
