We enjoyed watching our first video event with author Angie Thomas. Angie spoke about different elements in her books that create interest such as the gift of being a manifestor. We're looking forward to the next event.
The second video event we joined was author Laura Ellen Anderson. She about the magic in her story and taught us how to draw the character 'Nim', the cloud cat.

Wear something white to symbolise peace, (or non-uniform) and bring whatever financial donation you wish. The money will be sent to a charity called Hope For Mankind.
This is a charity that supports Palestinians in Gaza. I know many of our children and families feel very strongly about the situation in Gaza and want to help Palestinians, so hopefully any money we raise will help to provide much needed support. We will also donate sales from our biscuit sale in school from this week, to this charity to support the Palestinians people.
https://hopeformankind.org.uk/
The amount we have raised will be announced soon.
A huge thank you to all the parents and carers who have donated generously. Doesn't matter if you donate a little or alot...every penny counts in helping the children and families in Palestine.
