English
KL: To make predictions based on details stated
Our focus text this half term is 'The Stone Age Boy'. Yesterday we were raising questions to deepen our understanding. Today we are going to make some predictions. A prediction is a guess but a guess that is well thought out.
Look at the pictures carefully and base your prediction on what you already know and your knowledge of story plots.
Use these sentence stems below to help you write your predictions in full sentences.
Reading
There are lots of reading activities you can get along with at home. You have your reading book and there are books set on Purple Mash. In the files section, you will find a reading comprehension sheet. This can be printed for you to write on or you can read it online and write the answers down on a seperate piece of paper.
